BLUESTART – is John Valves dedicated program for apprentices and trainees to achieve their greatest potential in learnings and career growth. Offering ongoing support and mentoring on the job, internal and specialised valve manufacturing with state-of-the-art workshop facilities (soon to be built) you will be set up for growth in your selected career with John Valves throughout your apprenticeship and long into the future.

Current Opportunity

Fitter & Turner Apprenticeship

In this position you will work in the workshop, assisting the team in specialist reconditioning services, spare parts
for valves over 100 years old, an inhouse valve repair facility and manufacture a range of Valves.

You will complete a Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) over 3 years at Federation University and on-the-job
internal specialist training.

Apprentices in the BLUESTART Program will receive: Boots and Overalls, Tools will be supplied.
